John, Shannon, Travis, Angel, Wyatt, Christian- You are all in our thoughts, through this difficult time. Losing someone is the hardest pain to deal with. Please know that you are not alone, we are all here for you. I would love to say time heals all wounds, but its just not true. The pain will always be there, its just how you cope with the pain that will help you during this time. Carry his memory with pride and love; knowing that you loved him with all that you had. Please don't hesitate...

I have been blessed to be part of Jacobs life since birth and love him like one of my own children. No matter how bad things were in his life, he always had a bright smile and kind word for everyone he spoke to. He touched every life he came in contact with and will truly be missed. love you Jake, RIP!
