Not sure what to say?

Jackie was a great inspiration to my life. She helped guide a struggling young black man to learn the "ropes" of the working world. For that I will always be greatful. Rest in peace Boss!!!

Jackie was a big part of my life for many years and I got to know her, and love her. She cherished her family, especially Jim. I remember when she met him, and ultimately married him, and I think he made her life complete.

She was one of the most sophisticated ladies, I’d ever met. She always said encouraging things, like you should travel, see the world. She was a wonderful mother and wife, and I remember how she and my sister Lora talked for hours, because she was a great friend. I talked to her a few months back and she said you have to just trust God. I know she’s with him now, but I still wish she was here.
I am glad she had a good husband and her children to cherish her and be there for her. ...

The Hill and Cannon Families

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Jackie. Nothing has ever and will never erase the good memories of our childhood friendship. I know there are no words that can ease the loss you bear, just know that you are very close in my thoughts and prayers.

Jim and family,

Jackie's homegoing is being met with great anticipation in heaven, because a child of the King has returned home. Here on earth, while we celebrate her life and all of her contributions to it, we realize very quickly that there's a void that will forever remain because she was such a dynamic and vital woman to us all. May God continue to sustain you during this time and know that our prayers will be with you and your family as you grieve. With love and sympathy,

Thinking of you during this time,
and praying you'll find comfort knowing that Jackie the one we love
is home now, free...
at peace in the presence of God.
I love you all and wish I was there today.
Your cousin,
Kimberly Rae Lucas

JC, Our deepest sympathies to you and your family. We were so sorry to hear about Jackie. Ron & Linda Mackey

#16 Troy Cannon and your dear family, the Saenz girls are so sorry for your loss! We loved Jackie and all of the fun we had with her at the team meals. Her lovely spirit will be sorely missed by everyone at Poly Football and in the community!

Here is a quote that we find comforting in times like this:

If ever there is tomorrow when we’re not together.. there is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter...

Jim and family, we are so devastated by the news that Jackie is no longer in our midst. Rose is taking the news extremely hard. Don't be discouraged, she now has peace and her soul is joyful. Remember God is near and will bring you and the family peace, also. We love you all and will never forget our beautiful friend. Henry, Rose, Candy and Rerun Moses
