On Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008, the precious earthly life of Jacqueline (Reimer) Vaughters gently and peacefully ended here. Her soul was rescued from a body racked by the terrible tortures of unrelenting cancer and she was spirited away to the loving presence of her Savior, the Lord Jesus...

Not sure what to say?

I miss you Jackie!!

Hello, my old Roomy, Lance! I just came across this, so I hope you somehow receive my note. (A cousin in law from Davis had mentioned a Jacqueline Vaughters so I checked.)
I actually remember your vivacious and refreshingly opinionated mum. Whether this was from us singing on tour in your church, or her visiting at Prairie, or both; I can't remember.
I also can recall your little sis, least.
This afternoon I had the pride and joy of helping induct a Native former student...

Tobia, Larry & Family,

Sorry to hear about your loss – I was shocked. Jacque’s encouraging words were of great comfort to me while working at the paper. She was always willing to listen and give suggestion on what she thought was best suited for the situation.

Jacque had lots of enthusiasm for local history. I remember her sitting at her desk working on a history piece for hours. Almost everyone had left the office except for Jacque – there she was...

The Jacque's Family
I knew Jacque back in what most would call the old days, speaking of grammar school days in Zamora. What good times we had back then. She will be up in heaven with brother Jon, learning about fishing and canning asparagus.
Our Thoughts and prayers are with all of the Family.

Dearest Larry, Lance, & Tobia,
What a shock to read about Jacque's passing... since we were out of town on Sunday & Monday, I didn't read about it until today AFTER the service time :(

I will never forget her, nor you all! She was so instrumental in teaching me as a baby Christian in March of 1977 at Nazarene Sunday School, and later with premarital counseling for Dick and I... and of course instrumental in Dick asking Jesus into his heart as Lord & Savior April 9th, 1978... I...

Dear Sweet Jacque,
How I wish we had time to actually see each other the last time I was in California. I have such wonderful memories of when you and Larry were our youth leaders!! You were a wonderful, fun loving, warm person. I greatly admired you and your love for the Lord and others. Rest now dear one and enjoy the presense of the Lord as well as the loved ones who went before you!! You will be greatly missed but where you are is so fantastic, what a blessing for you and the ones...

Thank you for helping me through a difficult situation. I will always remember you and the advice you gave me.

You will not be forgotten. You were a great friend.

Jac, You are free from the pain. We know you are in the presents of our heavenly father. I will miss our time of sharing and your mentoring. I will always remember to put my arms around myself and know you are hugging me and watching over my shoulder. I have an empty spot in my heart but you are far better off. My prayers are with you Larry, Lance and family and Tobia and family. God will give each one strength when we feel empty with our dear person gone. I remember when we had our Sunday...

We all miss you so much at camp. I will miss your smile and friendship. We had a lot of laughs together.

Altho we cant touch you we can feel you in our hearts.
