Genise, Sheila Mae, Greg, and family, I find myself wishing that this is not real. Cousins are often our first friends and closest peers. Jacquelyn and I shared such a relationship. We shared childhood on Jones Hill. We lived 1 block from each other and visited daily. We shared great grandparents (George Ball {Leila Richey Ball}). Our great-great-grandfather Henry Ball worked, traveled as a Fiddler Player. He also farmed on the Chinnabee Plantation for President George Washington family....

My condolences and prayers for the family. Jackie was my best friend in school.She was a beautiful person. Now she's a beautiful angel at God's throne.
