Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear of Jack's passing. It was a distinct pleasure and honor to have known and worked with him.

Jacques (the Honorable Dr. Jack Gansler) was a tremendous role model and inspiration for a young economist and professor at the Naval Postgraduate School, and kindly contributed to an edited volume "Military Cost-Benefit Analysis: Theory & Practice" published in 2015. I will always be grateful for his great ethics, wisdom, teaching, and service to the country, and for his impressive body of research advancing the ongoing quest for cost-effective ways to improve the nation's security.

We fondly remember the many years we shared serving on the Geocenter's board. Our condolences to the family.

Leah, Doug and I were so very sorry to read of Jack's passing. We had opportunities to speak with him a few times over the years and related to each other that he was such a nice man and true gentleman. No doubt he will be missed by your family and the community who loved and respected him. Xxoo Eloise and Doug Poretz

I considered Jack a mentor for me. He gave me ideas on how to improve my life as an analyst as well as the government! I thank him for what he accomplished in his life. He will surely be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

We are all so sorry to hear of his passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

My heart is saddened. Jack was a close friend and great supporter of mine when I was the Director of the Defense Logistics Agency. He will be missed by all. My condolences and love to his family.
