She was such a bright & kind woman to me in my years of residency & study at Esalen. I worked in the kitchen with her often. I think of her fondly.

Reading her obituary I realize I knew very little about her and always wondered what became of her after she left Esalen. I've thought about walking "the camino" myself and was saddened to read about the theft she endured while on a spiritual pilgrimage. I have only good memories of her! ...

While living at Esalen, every time I met Jaelitza I learned something. She always was so lively, bright and fun. I have wondered about her. May she rest in peace.
