NEW OXFORD Jake Cooke, 21, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014, as the result of an automobile accident. Memorial service 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30 at the Feiser Funeral Home, Inc., 302 Lincolnway West, New Oxford. Visitation Saturday 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

In memory of Jake, I just wanted to take a moment to express my sympathy to his family. I met Jake when he began the process of employment at Cross Keys Village. I work in the HR department and had the genuine pleasure of meeting and getting to know Jake. I feel blessed to have had the chance to meet him. He was a kind soul and a truly nice young man.
