Retha, Doug, Wayne, Mr. James had a smile on his face when he greeted my family and such a joy to have known for many years. He touched so many peoples lives and will be dearly missed.

James always reminded me of me of good people ! They dont make em like that no more . Was a joy to have known him .

I worked with James Barbour for the last 5 years here at Crossroads Ford and it breaks my heart to come in to work and not see him sitting at his table enjoying his mcmuffin and coffee.James will surley be missed by all he touched. He was the kind of person we all strive to be.My prayers are with all of you.

Wayne and family .I would like to express my deepest sympathy during this difficult time. Be strong and of good courage . Jason m Griffith of Capital Ford Inc Raleigh NC .

Doug,

I was very saddened this morning when I learned of James' death. In my tenure with Ford Motor Co and also in my time at Crossroads Ford I knew James very well. He was always very knowledgeable about his job. He always had a smile and a positive outlook on life in general. James will be missed by all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Regards,
Frank Leonard

Retha, Doug, Wayne, I am so sorry to hear the news...he was a wonderful man who worked hard and loved his family...may he rest in peace. Love you all, Kaycey Helmold

I have so many good memories, especially from our 4 years in high school. James was always happy and laughing and had a joke ready. We studied together and were pals together and all the while he was more than just a friend - he was family, his father and my mother were brother and sister. Yes, he will be missed but because of our faith we can believe that he is now in a better place. God bless you, Retha, Doug, and Wayne and all of your families. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

James will be greatly missed he was always a great help to me and always joked and shot the breeze with us at the shop when he called on us.
