Jim , Shirley and I miss you. Your presence made the world a little brighter. First dad, Walter K. Behrendt, dying on October 11, 1994, then mom, Rose Annette Papa Behrendt on January 7, 2002 it was hard. Thomas W. Behrendt, your son who passed away in 2012 was extremely hard on all of us. I came to know Jim when we both worked at Time Insurance/Fortis. He then went on to do exceptional matting and framing work. I still have prints he put together for me. Awhile ago I ran into him and he shared a gorgeous pen had made. Jim & I always shared a laugh when we saw each other. He was tough on the exterior but really a teddy bear. I know MaryAnn and his boys meant the world to him. My sincere sympathy to you.
