Jim and I were colleagues at The Master's School, and my husband and I also knew him and Joyce through Tres Dias many years ago. Jim had a ready wit and a kind heart, but he was a tough teacher, who set high standards for his students, and they loved him for it. Jim was such a wonderful teacher, friend, and colleague, and I am thankful for the years that I got to work with and know him.
