I worked with Jim at McDermott and saw him early this year at Mustang Engineering. He helped me out a great deal early in my career when we went to the fabrication yard or to offshore oil platforms together. He always had a smile on his face and a positive attitude. I will miss Jim and his warm personality.

My deepest sympathies to Linda and the entire family. I worked with Jim for many years at McDermott and learned a lot from him. He was always helpful and considerate of others, and a real gentleman.
