Not sure what to say?

Dear Carrie, Lynn, and Scott,
I am so very sorry to hear of your father's passing. He a was nice and gentle man that always welcomed me in your home when I visited. from memory, your family is what and who I would define as a really dear family. Please take care and I grieve for your pain and loss.

Best, Michael

I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. I had the privilege to know him in his capacity as counselor, but also as the father of my friends Lynn and Carrie. His dry sense of humor is legend among students, friends and colleagues, and he could be just as funny at home in the moment. You will never be forgotten. I am so blessed to have met Jim in Norfolk Va ADBC convention. I will always remember you I wish you and your family God's peace,

I was just remembering Mr. Collier (aka Carrie's Dad)the other day and how he would drive us all home after school. Great sense of humor! My condolences to all of you.

Mr. Collier was a longtime family friend and neighbor who shared his stories of being a POW with me when I was a teenager -- and his accounts opened my eyes to the sacrifices Veterans have made for our country - thank you Mr. Colllier for your service, guidance and friendship.

I had Jim Collier as a Counselor in the 60's. He was really attentive to everyones needs and helped with class selection to further our endeavors. Thanks, Me, Collier

It has been a privilege knowing Jim. He had such a reflective way of seeing life and was always gracious with sharing his views. He is already missed. With sincere sympathy to his family, MJ
