Rook, I'm not sure if you are listening or not, but you told me that you would come to the Dreams Park to see my youngest son play when we came back. Anthony, Pee Wee, and I are coming to visit you on day June 24-30, 2017. Make sure you that you are going to be home that week. Miss you tons coach. See you soon.

Condolences to the family you will be greatly missed sir I may of been a handful in high school but you were always so kind and forgiving and one of my favorite school people and u always had faith in me now that ur gone looking down I want you to know I made it did it I made the presidents list for collage and the national colligate society rest in peace sir your sport lives on in all of us s-ve students

Mrs Cronkhite I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Coach Cronkhite. I cannot even think of the gymnasium half of the school building without thinking of Coach. Although I was not on any teams due to medical reasons, I did have Coach for gym classes when we had combined classes. He always encouraged me to climb the rope in the gym and was confident I would be able to do it even though I was deathly afraid, but I tried because I did not want to disappoint him. I'm sure that you will hear from many former students and especially athletes at S-VE whose lives were changed forever by this man who we will always know as "Rookie." A true gentleman who taught us well. May God bless his family. He has reached home.
