Jim and Carole were our neighbors when we were first starting our family. What great people. I would say hello and talk with Jim when I saw him in our neighborhood after we moved.
Wonderful family. Thank you for your service and friendship

Jimmy was a great friend and partner. He made all of us laugh. He was a character.

I was a Police Explorer when Jim arrived at Wilshire Division in the early 1970s. I remember how kind he was to all of us kids. As I recall, he was the Hollywood Explorer Advisor sometime before coming to Wilshire.
I ran across him a few times later on after I became a police officer. He was always the same genuine guy. I’ve thought about him many times over the years.
I hope he rests in peace.
