Jim and I worked together for several years. He built our first house in 1978. I was one of his first builds and I am quite sure he barely broke even with all the upgrades he did. Will always have fond memories of the "Big Guy" Jim had a big heart and was a lot of fun. He was a big part of my childhood and he and Judy did the dishes at my wedding. Judy and Jim have always had servant hearts. I used to compete with my dad Mike Hodges for phone time. I had to get on the phone before Dimit called or I lost my chance for the evening! Jim was a great encouragement and help to me during my years in Salem. His love for God and others will love forever.

Jim and I were teammates and roommates in 1961 at Columbia Basin Collage. We remained friends every since then. I have many fond memories of those days we spent in college together. I will miss Jim forever.
