Not sure what to say?

I agree with my cousin, thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers. Our uncle was a great man and an integral part of our family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

To all of you who have written,
Thank you for your kind words and sympathy. The loss of our uncle has left a void in our lives. He will be forever missed by those of us who loved him as a second DAD. We looked to him for advice, guidance and a good laugh. RIP Father Jim.

Fr. Jim --Cape Cod mass at dawn. The sun appeared from behind the clouds just as Fr. Jim raised the Body of Christ above his head (1970)

Terry and John, priest in disguise, Dave Cavanaugh 1970

Today my Christmas card to Father Jim came back with the word "deceased" on it and I will be brokenhearted for a while. When I was in college, Fr. Jim was the first person to encourage me to teach about Jesus on an Antioch weekend, despite a migraine headache. He would also pray for me with his arms outstretched while I was speaking on the many Antioch retreats we did together after that. He inspired me to go into full time lay ministry when there was no such thing.
That same year Fr. Jim...

To the family of Rev. James J. Fallon, My father died 0n October 15,l996. Rev. Fallon came to give him the last rights and pray
with my 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Every year on this date we remember how Rev. Fallon brought peace to us and our family. I learned of his death when I tried to contact him to thank him once again. God Bless.

Fr. Fallon was a very special and awesome priest. He blessed my marriage and I feel very lucky to have met him. I know he has a very special place in heaven. He will be truly missed on Earth but I know we'll see him again.

I feel very blessed to have known such an awesome person as Father Jim Fallon. He had a very unique way of making everyone feel special. My mother (Joan Fallon Bennett) used to share her childhood memories of Father Jim's Irish wit, love of music and zest for life. Father Jim will be greatly missed.

To Father Fallon's Family, thank you for sharing him with so many of us. I have read the previous entries and ... ditto. He influenced many to be open to the Lord. He guided and lead by example. Father, now that you are home, Peace be with you.

My heartfelf condolences to Fr. Fallon's family. Father was the quintessential friend to my entire family. He was there for us in our days of sorrow and our days of joy. I am forever grateful for his steadfast loyalty and spiritual guidance throughout the years.
