Jim was a wonderful Person and he will always be missed

We have wonderful memories of Jim over the years. I will always be grateful to him for playing at Juniper and Dan's wedding on San Juan Island, WA. We enjoyed visiting with Jim and Susan when we came back to NM. He will always be in our hearts.

still missing such a good and generous person. Susan, Jessica and Lauren you are in our prayers and in remembering Jim always

He was a wonderful Person and loved his family very much and was proud of his family

I worked with Shane LeMon for many years before I became self-employed. Jim's office was located directly across from mine. Thus, I would see him every day that I was in the office, and we would often share a "good-morning" greeting, and an occasional appraisal philosophy discourse. He and I were both born in 1949. We were the right-of-way experts in the office (so we were told), and we both did alot of work for the City of Albuquerque. My sincere sympathies to his wife & his...

Condolences to the family. Jim was one of the leaders in the local appraisal community and always one of the brightest and most knowledgeable people in the room. He was one of the few people that when he spoke the entire class would learn. The local chapter has missed his presence and will continue to do so. He will be remembered kindly by all the appraisers that knew him.

I am shocked and truly saddened to learn of Jim's passing. I'm an appraiser too and Jim & I developed a relationship more than ten years ago. I'm a Bank appraiser and Engaged Jim to do numerous appraisals for us in New Mexico. Jim was a gifted appraiser and he set the bar as a professional. An all around good man. I will miss him dearly. From my family to his, many regrets for your loss. God Bless, Jim Dawson & Family Houston, Texas

My sincere condolences to all of Jim's beloved family. I know you will miss him so much. He was such a wonderful person. I will always be grateful to him for playing the piano at Juniper's wedding and all the support and friendship he gave to her and me over the years.

It is alright to Cry , wonder why and Be angry those are feelings don't hold them in Feeling are normal . I'm here for you all always .
