James Butler "Jimmy" Forehand Jr.

Sorry my friend, Jim Forehand, passed away at a time that I could not attend his funeral. Best to the wonderful family. Carole (Stalling) Whittle.

The first time (1973) I moved to Lynchburg with my husband, I worked for Jimmy (downtown then). I loved working at Forehand and getting to know Lynchburg. My sincere condolences to his family and friends. Geraldene Bushnell (Geri)

I have the best memories of spending time at the Forehands´ home on Williams Road. I was a childhood friend of Karen´s at Paul Munro and my best memories are of times spent at the Forehands. Karen and Linda´s father took us to those downtown Christmas parades where we got to watch from a warm building and drink hot chocolate. Also going to UVA football games and collecting confetti for the ride home. And spending time at his parents´ home on Peakland Place with the elevator. His signs were...
