JAMES A. FORKIN
On Tuesday, April 10, 2007, of Centreville, VA. Loving husband of Miriam A. Forkin; father of James A. and Edward J. Forkin (Gwendolyn) and the late Christine A. Forkin. Also survived by two grandchildren, Micheal and Erin Forkin. Services will be held at the Fort Myer Chapel, Arlington, VA on Tuesday, June 5 at 12:45 p.m. Interment Arlington National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans Charitable Service Trust, www.dav.org. Arrangements by MURPHY FALLS CHURCH FUNERAL HOME.
