Not sure what to say?

We were saddened to learn of Jim's passing. He was a wonderful person and cared for our children during his time in Carroll County.. Peace to your family

I am so sorry to have learned about Jim's passing in the Bucknell Alumni magazine. Not only did I attend college with him, I used to shoot baskets with him at Wilson Elementary School in West Caldwell NJ when we were kids. He went to Catholic schools I believe and I went to public so I did not see much of him during high school years and in college we would just exchange hellos. He was a very nice person.

I was 2 years behind Jim at Bucknell, and a Brother of his at the SAM fraternity, Even then, all of the wonderful things said about him in the Baltimore Sun article were apparent. It was clear he would go on to do great things. My condolences and small addition to the chorus of people who will mourn his loss. Jeff Stone, Cherry Hill NJ

Dr. Jim was a dear fellow, and a dedicated physician. I am very sad to learn this news, and will continue to miss him and think of him fondly.
My most sincere condolences to the Fragetta family.

Dr. Jim was a gift to our family, from the very first helping to ease our minds as new parents and working with us to raise healthy children. He has been a blessing to us, and will ever remain in our hearts and prayers. May God bless his family, colleagues, and patients. We love you, Dr. Jim!

We were deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Dr. Jim. He was larger than life but a gentle giant. He cared for my children in Westminster and we followed him to Lutherville. Dr. Jim was always kind, caring and compassionate and never too busy to answer a question or a phone call. We think of Dr. Jim fondly and often. My babies are now 29 and 25. Our hearts and prayers are with his dear wife and children. There truly is another Angel in Heaven!

A remarkable human being!

My Deepest condolences to Jim's Family for their loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you throughout this difficult time. I am saddened by the loss of a Friend and a truly Wonderful Person. I am buoyed by the memories of the many fun times with Jim, especially during our friendship days at Seton Hall Prep. I will always remember Jim as one of the smartest, nicest and best friends a Young man could ever have. Again, I am sorry for your loss and Pray for your Family. Sincerely, John A....

Sending the Fragetta family love and strength during this difficult time. Clearly a beloved member of the community, I feel so fortunate that Dr. Fragetta agreed to be my preceptor when I was studying to be a nurse practitioner. Among the many things he taught me was that in order to take care of a child, you must take care of the family. His heart and reach were great, this loss is immense. May he Rest In Peace and shine on all the children he cared for.
