Jim signed me to my first recording contract and throughout the association was honorable and fair. Rare qualities in our business. I am sincerely saddened by his passing. I was hoping to see him at least one more time.

I was the bass player for The Foggy Notions and Jim (along with Bob Monaco forming MG Productions and Ginny Records) were our managers and promoters. Through the doors Jim opened I was fortunate enough to meet artists and experience musical adventures that most kids in the '60s could only dream of!
