Not sure what to say?

Dear Susan, in September of 2013 I wrote you a letter and sent it to the last address I knew which was in Baltimore. It came back "undeliverable as addressed, unable to forward." I kept the unopened envelop all these years hoping that someday I could give it to you. I can no longer remember what I wrote but I still want you to have it. Send me your address and I will send the letter to you. I had such fond memories of Jim.

Dear Sue:
It's been almost a year since Jim left this world. Losing someone so dear is very difficut. We hope that you take comfort in knowing that other people care, and wish you God's peace. We often still reminisce about meeting you and Jim, and how enjoyable our trip to Alaska was.
Best Wishes for the future.
Jan and Bill Hakala

Dear Sue and family - I am so sorry Tom and I were unable to attend the memorial service. You and Jim were always a model for us of courage and grace and appreciating everything that you had together despite all the challenges you faced. Hope to see you at Wells Memorial again soon. Best wishes, Carol and Tom

Dear Sue and Family,

So very for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Carol McAdam

Sue: It has been an absolute privilege to have had the opportunity to meet and know you and Jim. Indomitable spirit, matter-of-fact approach to your challenges, acceptance with no display of apology or resentment. It is clear that you and Jim valued time and used it well. My heart is with you and your family.

Sue: What a privelige it has been to know Jim for the last 60 years. As a fellow class member of the WCHS Class of '58, which Jim served as President, has said "Jim was one of the finest persons I ever knew. We are all very lucky to have known him and enjoyed his company for so many years." I think that says it all.
God Bless,
Joe Barnett

Dear Susan and Family,
We were so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We will always remember his kind smile, happy disposition, and positive outlook. We so enjoyed getting to know you both while we were neighbors. We wish you and your family comfort and peace, and we will keep you in our prayers. May God bless you.

Sue,
John and I extend our condolences on Jim's death. What a sweet and kind man he was. Every time we saw the two of you we always remarked on how patient and good natured he was in the face of adversity. He made the world a better place.

Susan, I was so fortunate to have spent time with you and Jim last year in Baltimore. I have such fond memories of Jim at KA and as EE students. I will remember the times we had together forever. May God bless him. He is now home.
