It was indeed my pleasure to have known, and worked with, Jim. I served as Corporate Secretary to The board of directors of Fidelity Federal and Union Planters Bank, when Jim was a board member. He was always a Southern gentleman, showing kindness and courtesy to everyone he met. He was the last of the original board members. Rest In Peace, Mr. Harper!
