I played baseball with Darrell and worked with him at tge highway department. Always so calm. Wonderful athlete and just all around good guy. Know you all will miss him.

Darrell was my next door neighbor for all of my childhood. He spent many, many weekends camping, fishing and hunting with my family. Since he was older than my brother and me, he loved playing jokes on us or terrifying us with scary stories around the campfire. But Darrell was so much more than that to my family, he was another family member. He helped set up camp, load the boat, untangle fishing lines.
