I did not know until today when I worked at Delnor; sorry I missed the services.

I'm really glad I got the chance to take care of him when I gave him his transfusion recently. I'll cherish the memories of that day.

I can only think warm thoughts when I think of Mr. Herrick. Always a smile on his face and a kind word. He was such wonderful man and a great friend to both of my parents. In the haze of my father's death, the only phone call I can remember making was the one to tell Mr. Herrick. It is a very hard memory for me. He will be missed. Your family is in my prayers.

What can I say about my best friend, Sue's dad? I remember since our grade school days, Mr. H -quite the "gentle giant"! A big guy with a big smile, a hearty laugh, a deep yet soft and gentle voice, but more importantly a caring, loving husband and dad with a great big heart. Oh, how he and my dad could finally roar in laughter about the night the police came for me and Sue (AND them) and drove us all to Westchester to "clean up" our TP job one high school night!
