RIP Jay. A mentor, a friend, an honorable man,

I'm grateful that our paths crossed. Jay was an amazing leader, mentor and friend. Will never be forgotten. Thank you Lord for the opportunity. Rest in Peace Jay.

I was very saddened to learn of Jay's passing. I enjoyed working with him at South Shore Hospital. I extend my sympathies to his family for their loss.

I was very saddened to hear of jay passing. I had come to know Jay very well over over the past 5 years . We both shared a passion for health care information technology and worked together on a project to advance technology at hospital.

I remember clearly the day Jay broke the news of his illness. The condition he had was unfortunately the worse case scenario where survival is measured in months.
