Jim was a guy who just got stuff done and with a smile. I will always appreciate our friendship and remember his generosity and kindness to so many. My sincere condolences to his family.

Bill always had a smile and fun to talk with. IT was a fun time we had when he came to Alaska on a tour.

Bill was an amazing who did many generous things during his life. He supported Townsend and its residents many ways. He was one of a group that insured Townsend got a swimming pool after many years of folks swimming in a gravel pit on the edge of town or the Missouri River. Townsend got a new High School in 1965 with a generous sized gym as the only could support a small crowd.
