I still find it so hard to believe that my incredible cousin Jimmy has passed. He was such an incredible man (father, husband, worker, relative, friend). I have never seen so many people touched by the passing of someone). He was a respected man in uniform... which showed how TRUELY HE was LOVED by ALLLL THE PEOPLE (especially law enforcement) at his 4 viewings & funeral. He was so kind to my entire family (he's married to my 1st cousin). Jimmy.... you were ONE OF A KIND & an INCREDIBLE...

Please accept my sincerest offering of sympathy at the loss of James Kirby. I picture him stopping by my office with Laura and the others in their class and I just cannot believe this has happened. He will be remembered fondly by the Touro family and his loss will be deeply felt for a very long time. It is my hope that happy memories will bring peace to the hearts of his family and friends.
