What a wonderful man. I worked with Jim for just a short time when he was with Keystone Partners but will never forget his great intellect and incredible personal warmth. He always had a kind word and his sense of humor was legendary. I am most grateful to have known him and send my heartfelt sympathy and prayers to his wife and daughters.

A True Gentleman

My first memory of time spent with Jim was when he met with me for an exit interview as I was leaving Crossroads for Kids back in 2002. He listened...really listened...to everything I had to say (there was a lot!), and validated me while at the same time gently coaching me. I will never forget him advising me to keep the door open, that he had a feeling I would be back soon. Sure enough, within 6 months I was back at Crossroads and it's been my passion ever since. I loved Jim McClure. I was his secretary, office manager and finally fellow recruiter at Korn/Ferry from 1988-1995. Can you imagine what it was like to clean Jim's office and fill out his expense report?! I remember the time a car rental was left at the airport curb because Jim was late for the plane. Uh, Jim, you're not supposed to abandon cars at airports! He worked hard and loved harder. Seeing his face now, helps me smile through my tears. Jim, thanks for being such a special...
