Judge Melinson was a great judge and person. He was my high school vice principal at Olney. He became a lawyer and so did I. We always crossed paths through out our careers. I was so proud when he became a Federal Judge. I would always see him at the Bench Bar conferences. We would always reminisce about the great times. He was a real role model. I loved Judge Melinson as my teacher at Olney High. I was his monitor when he was the Disciplinarian. He was a great teacher . I contacted him when he became a judge. We had a good conversation. RIP
