Jim was a supportive colleague, a wonderful friend, and a consummate public servant. Gone too soon. May memories of happier times soon replace the grief we are all experiencing now, at the news of his passing.

I am so sorry to hear of Jimmy's passing! He was one of the all time fine guys, so well loved and thought of by so many! Rest in peace, Morty.

There are so few people who leave a legacy that will continue to affect hundreds of people in the future. Jim did just that; the children and families of the Commonwealth will continue to reap the benefit of Jim´s work for generations to come. I met Jim on his first case as a social worker and our friendship remained intact until his last day here on earth. I was always impressed by his kindness towards others.
