Not sure what to say?

Jay was kind, funny, smart and creative. He will be dearly missed.

Jay was such a servant! He was so kind and always greeted you with a smile and always asked how can I help. He will truly be missed.

Jay-Bird, We had so many goofy and fun times during our long stint at Goddard... so many that it would take pages and pages listing them all. When Deb, you, and me were housed in the Bldg 8 basement "fish bowl", we always had such a blast. It is a wonder we got any work done. In turn, we all became great friends that continued for many, many years. You were like my fifth brother. Your hilarious wit and creative soul will be sorely missed. God love ya, Jay. Slam Bang, kiddo.

Jay was such a kind-hearted person. I could always count on him when I needed a caricature done for an upcoming retirement. All he ever asked for was a 6-pack of whatever he was drinking at the time. My favorite caricature was one he did for my Aunt's 70th birthday. I wanted to commemorate her and my Mother's love for thrift store shopping and boy did he come up with something awesome! Jay will be truly missed. Love to the family. Katie Poole

Jay and I attended St. Camillus grade school, Good Counsel High School and the University of Maryland together. What a great guy, athlete, artist and friend. His spot-on caricatures of our teachers and friends made me laugh endlessly. He's gone way too soon. RIP Jay.
