Warmhearted memories ripple through my mind as I reflect on our travels with Jim in the 1970s and 80s when he conducted Carrier product and program dealer meetings throughout Mingledorffs' territories. Some of the dealers attended the meetings to hear Jim's flamboyant presentations more than learn about the programs.
