My heart is impacted so deeply for you Janet and your entire family of loved ones hearing of Jim's departure from this life. His unique personality, as large as the life he lived, leaves a void impossible to be filled by any other.
I pray God's Supernatural peace and comfort that surpasses all human understanding to blanket each one as you navigate through the days ahead. My hope is that the day comes sooner than anticipated where your spirits break through the surface of sadness, buoyed with the memories filled with joy and laughter, recalling The Best of the Best of your time together and the indelible mark Jim has left upon all of your lives.
In Him,
...Carli (...& Joe, in absentia)

Condolences to Jim's family. Played basketball with Jim at F-M high School. Had one of the best jump shots in the league..

Warmhearted memories ripple through my mind as I reflect on our travels with Jim in the 1970s and 80s when he conducted Carrier product and program dealer meetings throughout Mingledorffs' territories. Some of the dealers attended the meetings to hear Jim's flamboyant presentations more than learn about the programs. Better than sliced bread and the same old girl in a new kimono---he used another expression for girl-are Olpisms that come to mind. And there was never a dull moment on dealer fishing trips; golfing in the day time and card playing at night. Jim's larger than life presence was always known. Everything was a contest. I was often motivated by his energy and approach to life. He was a valued mentor to many. Rest in peace, buddy.
