Not sure what to say?

Shawn, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of my dear friend Jim. He was like the brother I never had. We did some crazy things while working at the gas company, many of which no one needs to know about. He talked me into going on a blind date with my wife of 43 years. He was my best man at our wedding and a dear friend for these many years. Shannon and I enjoyed meeting with him for a breakfast or lunch every time we visited the Island for our annual anniversary fishing trip. We loved...

Shawn and family, I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved husband . May the strength , peace and comfort of God surround you all in the days to follow . Please know that I am keeping all of you in my prayers at this difficult time . Blessings, MaryNell Garza Ponce/ Edinburg Tx

Jim and I started at RGV Gas about the same time. My first day on Job in Hgn office was Dec 3, 1979 . I didn't know at the time but was told later that was the first day the company became Valero. Jim was always friendly and so helpful to me . Lots of memories, working with the employees at that time, his office was one of them.

So sorry Stacy God bless

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I worked with Jim for many years. He taught me so much during that time. He was always in a good mood and didn't judge when I had no idea what to do.

James and I went to P.S.J.A. high school. So many great memories. He is gone from here, but he'll never be forgotten. My condolences to the family.

Our condolences to Jim's family. He was my husband Milo's supervisor at the gas company. He was also a friend to both of us. We really enjoyed his sense of humor. Great person who will be missed. May he RIP
