James D. "Jim" Panetta

Jim was like a father figure to me He knew me since I was a little kid when my mother worked at the Log Cabin and I grew up working there until they sold it. I loved hearing him sing Karaoke. My favorite story to tell people was how when I turned 21 he bought me my first drink at the Log Cabin bar and the look he had on his face when I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea was priceless. So many fond memories of him. Prayers and love during this time to MaryAnn and all the kids and families.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. I met Jim and Mary Ann when they would come to the Senior Center to play cards. Mark served on a city commission with Mary Ann. We also have great memories with Kenny and Joe and Joe's wife Elaine Our thought and prayers are with you all.
