Thank You Dr.Perry for taking care of my mom, Marianna McKinney. Because of your care and support you encouraged her to try to walk. You will have a big jewel in your crown when you walk with Jesus.

Thank You,
Melinda A. McKinney-Skie

To Kathy and the whole Perry family we send our deepest sympathies in your great loss. May God bless and comfort you.

My heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and staff of Dr. Perry. I most valued his insight, integrity, honesty and perspective. He was first-class from the heart. Peace be with during this time and always.

I was a patient of Dr Perry's in 1987. I found him to be a great doctor and one of the most patient people I have ever met. My sympathy goes out to his family.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

I was a PRN Nurse at shands,I had the apportunity to work with Dr.Perry doing all his orthopaedic cases. With a Surgical Tech. and a
group of ortho.residents, we did his back to back total joints with no pressure or stress. He treated us with respect and appreciated the work we did.He was a good Man and an ideal Surgeon to work with.
May God bless your family on this sad day.

To the family and staff of Dr Perry. Our deepest condolences. From our staff at Physical Therapy Services.

Dr. Perry taught me the science and art of Orthopaedic Surgery. He was a gentleman in all aspects of life and I will use what he taught me about being a man long after I stop practicing medicine.

As a patient of Dr. Perry's, I always found him upbeat and friendly. His level of medical care was first class as was he. My prayers go out to Dr. Kopach and the family. I count it a blessing to have had him as my surgeon.
