Dr. Perry taught me the science and art of Orthopaedic Surgery. He was a gentleman in all aspects of life and I will use what he taught me about being a man long after I stop practicing medicine.

As a patient of Dr. Perry's, I always found him upbeat and friendly. His level of medical care was first class as was he. My prayers go out to Dr. Kopach and the family. I count it a blessing to have had him as my surgeon.

First, my condolence goes out to the Perry family, his wife Kathy and his three daughters. We have lost a very special man who will always be remembered for his kindness and caring for others. As I always told him, he was one of my most favorite buddies to enjoy a round of golf. Even if he struggled with his own game, he would always offer words of encouragement to those around him, helping them to play better. I will miss my golfing buddy, but will never forget him. Over the years we have lost these members of our golfing group, Henry Long, Bill Carpenter, Gary Pajcic and now Doc. To Kathy and the girls, Doc's pain is gone, he is smiling and eating that favorite Butterfinger candy bar and now he, Gary, Henry and Bill are in Heaven and will be playing golf every day, and we all know how he loved his golf. I'll miss you buddy.
