Not sure what to say?

We will always remember the good ole' times at the lake. The Pflumm's, Frank & Barbara Rock, Frank and Mindy Foster and Don and Joan Kelley. Here's to boating, swimming off the dock and life long friends. This is how we will always remember Butch!

So sorry to hear about Butch. We couldn't believe it when we read it in the paper. We are so glad he was able to attend the Teen Town Reunion with his sisters a couple of years ago. It was good to see him. He looked the same as he did in school. We too have many fond memories of living next door in McAnany Estates. Sorry work kept me from attending the services. A hug for you all would have been nice. With love, the Thomas's

Dear Lynda and family,
We're very sorry to hear about Butch's death and are very sorry for your loss. I am grateful for all the good times we had together, growing up in Shawnee.

I haven't seen Jim and Shirley since they lived in Shawnee.I will really miss Butch and am sorry for your loss.We had fun together building treehouses, sledding in the snow, playing army with the Lutz's and swimming in the pool.I have a lot of good memories of Butch and the family and he will surely be missed.I am sure we all miss the old neighborhood and it is not the same as it used to be!It is a hell of a thing to lose a son, especially at such a young age.Our thoughts and prayers are with...

My sincere condolences to the whole family. I grew up with the pflumm's and not a day goes by that i don't think of the wonderful childhood I had with them as neighbors. God Bless You Butchy.

I, like my sister Kathy had not seen Butch in years but like the story goes, we were inseparable on 61st street in Shawnee and our reps followed us thru the years. People still slow down on that street in the evening hours fearing that some "person" will be laying by the road only to find out it was paper stuffed clothes placed there by Butch and I. The one thing we had in common was love of family and large circles of friends. God bless you Butch, rest in peace.

So sorry about Butch. Take care of each other.
