Rest in peace, old friend.

I moved away from Houma in 1989 and had the pleasure of getting to know "Picou" as I knew him. The one thing I do remember about him was his infectious laugh, happy demeanor, and how easy it was being around him. He was always laughing and goofing with the rest of us. Rest in Peace ole boy

I am happy to have reconnected with James in recent years in one of the downtown restaurants where our groups ate regularly or at Rouse's. God bless you,James, as you "fly high with the angels" and now -- "go rest high on that mountain." Love and prayers, Marie Lirette...
