Dear Caroline,
Mary Ellen and I are so sorry to have just learned of Jim's passing.
Growing up in Meriden seeing Troopers Quilty and Stoba regularly gave me the inspiration to strived for a CSP career.
Both were outstanding role models for me and I was proud to have worn the blue and gold as they did.
James Quilty was in a class of his own. He will be missed by all of us.
Sincerely,

Dear Caroline:
it is with deep sadness & regret we learned of your loss. Our sincere condolences to you, and Caroline,
