Dear Caroline,
Mary Ellen and I are so sorry to have just learned of Jim's passing.
Growing up in Meriden seeing Troopers Quilty and Stoba regularly gave me the inspiration to strived for a CSP career.
Both were outstanding role models for me and I was proud to have worn the blue and gold as they did.
James Quilty was in a class of his own. He will be missed by all of us.
Sincerely,
June 19, 2011

Dear Quilty family: I have good memories of this truly wonderful man. He was the best college roomie's dad; a loving combination of mother hen, sage, supporter and just all around great character. He was definitely the head of the nicest family I am blessed to ever know.
Love to All,
