Jim was a great friend and mentor. Every project that I contributed to had Jim there ensuring success. He was dedicated to making sure the US was a technology leader and was central the US Department of Homeland Security becoming a successful agency after 9-11 and the establishment of CISA 5years ago. Jim was selfless in giving his time and talent to others. I friend and patriot and I will miss him.
