Not sure what to say?

I'm sad I didn't come across this page sooner. The kind words written about my father warm my heart even after all these years. Today is his birthday, he would have been 60! I like to imagine who he'd be today, and find myself seeing much of the same person he was just 8 years ago- goofy, kind, smart, and the best dad a girl could have.
Since I didn't say it 8 years ago, mainly because I couldn't say much at all, thank-you all for being there for him in life, and for us in our time of loss.

I had to write again to express how saddened I continue to be. I recently had my annual visit with Dr. Feiner, who came as a great reccomendation from your office. We both agreed you were taken too early. Although I receive great care from her, it's not always the same.

To all of Jim's family, I send my sincere condolences. I was part of your family in a way, but also knew Jim from high school. I was saddened to hear of his passing just recently. I hope that you are all finding some peace in his memories. I am so sorry for your loss.
Love, Joanne Iacovelli Batzel

I only found out about Jim's passing when I drove by his office yesterday to check on hours and make an appointment. I was very saddened by the news even though or friendship was only based on my occasional check ups, and when I stopped in to order new contact lenses! It was always an event that I enjoyed as it always included a rousing debate about where the fish were currently biting, and a lecture from Jim on why I wasn't fishing enough on my boat. We talked on several occasions about...

Please accept our deep condolences. Just found out about Dr. Selph's passing. Our entire family have been patients for over 25 years and considered him a wonderful friend as well as doctor. He will be greatly missed. We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers.

Susan, Please accept Carol Lee and my most humble and deepest sympathy upon hearing of Jim's death. Steve Stanek called me to tell me the bad news. We were deeply saddened upon hearing it. Time has gotten away from us, but the memories of our time together at PCO will always be cherished in our hearts. You and Jim were amoung our closest freinds, and I aplogize for not keeping in touch over the years. Jim was a unique fellow. His sense of humor and always positive outlook were...

I want to extend my deepest sympathy to the family for their loss. As many others, Dr. Selph was also treating me. I so many times gave his name, as I received superb time, attention, and care from him and his staff. I will never forget the quality of service received!

Please accept my most sincere condolences. Dr. Selph was my doctor since his office in the cute, little Lakehurst house. He became a friend and our visits included so many good conversations. His care of my eyes was exceptional, especially during 2 retina tears that he foretold over 20 years ago. His spirit and courage will always be an inspiration. God bless.

Susan, Please accept my condolences. Although I haven't kept in touch since PCO days I've often thought about the good times we had there in the Married Students Club. God bless you and your family.
