James "Buddy" E. Small, Jr., 82, of Stevensville, Mich., passed away on Oct. 15, 2025.
Jim was born on May 29, 1943, to James E. and Frances (Scott) Small in Benton Harbor, Mich. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, stationed in the Philippines.

Gosh, I sure am saddened by Jims passing. A great 1961 classmate at Lakeshore High, he never ceased to dazzle you with his subtle humor and jabs. A great craftsman, wonderful "caterer", Jim could do it all in top notch fashion. Our sincerest sympathy to the family. Rest in peace old friend.
