Mrs. Stodart,

Your husband taught with my Mom (Valerie) in the Clearfield School System and I fondly recall him coming to the school when I was in Center School. Later, when I was older, we spoke a few times as I moved through my career as a navy officer. He corresponded with my Mom during her illness and shortly before she passed away in 2007. His counsel was a great comfort and I appreciated his thoughtfulness. I remember him as a man of presence who seemed to listen to others, was very intelligent and thoughtful when he spoke. I looked to people like him as an example of the way I wanted to be when I grew up. I am sorry I could not come up to attend the services Monday. You have my deepest sympathy and very best wishes.

Judy-
I never really met your husband, but I know that he talked to my dad (Blair Williams) about my Army career often. I know that he is missed by all those whose lives he touched. I'm very sorry to learn of his passing.

Respectfully, Christina Lewis
