It has been nearly 50 years, but I still remember Eddie fondly from our days in high school. He appears to have made a difference to many in his life and that is quite an accomplishment. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends that will miss him.

Mr. Stone was such a wondeful teacher. From teaching us about Jabberwocky to Noticing Grammar over 15 years ago, he made us look forward to his class. He was loved by all of his students and will be missed. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.

Dear Mandy, I am holding you and your family close in thoughts and prayers as you walk through this time. The love for your Dad was expressed so many times in our afterschool conversations as you and I discovered we both grew up in Jacksonville and both enjoyed watching the Florida Gators with our fathers. Sweet memories will live in your hearts forever. Love, Julie G.

Eddie knows I love him, and I had the opportunity to say that to him on the Thursday before he passed. He said, I love you too. A very special moment for me.
Eddie was funny and smart. I can see him now sitting on the other side of the room in English class with Ms. Westling. Always asking questions, while the rest of the class was entranced by his thoughts. Now he has those answers.

Dear Sharon, I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. My fondest memory of Eddie was the fact that he was willing to take me to my senior prom! I am not sure how much you had to pay him to do that but he was such a good sport and I loved him for that. I have many good memories of you and your family. God Bless, Joy McCallum Estes

To the family of Ed,
My heartfelt sympathy to all of you. Eddy, as we called him in school, was an intelligent, interesting, funny and articulate young man. I was in several classes with him. Our most memorable was Mrs. Wessling's senior English class. Eddy ran cross-country with us. He was an all-around great guy. He had a lot of friends in high school.
I know that he will be with our Lord soon and we will see him again.
May the Lord bless you and keep you in His loving arms.

My husband and I were greatly saddened to learn of Edd's passing. May your memories be a wonderful comfort to you during the coming times.
I attended Paxon High School and was a good friend of Edd's; I remember him as being very intelligent and a good person. He was the president of the math club; we were in other clubs and classes together. He took me to the 9th grade prom.
He will be greatly missed and our prayers are with all of you, especially his family.
