Hello,I lived across the street from Mr.Sullivan in Occoquan Va.I am now 76 Diane Watkins Presho.Still have my husband Duke 61 years! Mr Sullivan would keep a look out for my mom Emma Watkins tried to keep us from seeing each other.I was 14 !! I didn't know how to start this message. All the notes previous to mine have said it all; you have my deepest condolences. I keep thinking about growing up and my friendship with Ellen throughout my childhood. And, you and dad treating me like I was another one of your daughters. He will truly be missed. Thanks for the wonderful memories. May our Father continually keep you sheltered in his loving arms.

We were so very sorry to hear of Jim's passing. It has been more than 40 years since our husbands went to the State Police Academy together and we visited together with the children.
