James "Jim" Urango, 84, of Oxnard, passed away at his home surrounded by family on Tuesday July 23, 2013 after a valiant fight with cancer. Jim was born in El Rio on January 20, 1929 to Ramona Ortega and Joseph Urango. He was a life-long resident of Ventura County.

Grandpa James Just wanted to say thank you for all the memories you left behind with us grandkids, you will always remain in my thoughts and never ever far from my heart. Thank you for loving me as much as you did, and even though we didnt see eachother often the times that we did share together are the times i will cherish.
