To the Weitzman Family, with deepest condolences in the passing of Jim. We first met when Jim was a lawyer for the Spanish Broadcasting System radio consortium in NYC. He brought life and light to the radio station and was held in the highest esteem by all who knew him there. I personally had the privilege of working with Jim as assistant to the CEO of the company. I was so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Our parents were very good friends. When Peter and Ann 's McDonald's empire grew to three restaurants, they asked my mom to handle the books and payroll, a job she loved and worked at for many years.

Jim had a great zest for life. I am saddened to hear that he succumbed to ALS. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
